1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & BENEFITS

To provide transparency regarding our VIP Membership services, we explicitly state the benefits and terms of use below.

Subscription Options & Pricing

Block Master: No Wifi VIP Membership access offers the following membership options:

• A Weekly Subscription costing $4.99 per week.
• A Monthly Subscription costing $18.99 per month. (Prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may change and actual charges may be converted to local currency.)

After buying this subscription: You will immediately unlock the "No Ads" feature, receive your Welcome Bonus, and enable instant access to x2 Game Over rewards and Shop rewards without interruptions.

Auto-Renewal & Payment Terms

• This is an auto-renewable subscription. The payment is charged to your iTunes Account (or Google Play Account) after confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription is renewed automatically unless you unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the standard cost of the chosen package.

Manage Subscription: The user may manage the subscription and auto-renewal by accessing the user’s Account Settings after purchase in the store.

Cancellation: No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during the active subscription period.

Canceling a Trial or Subscription: In order to cancel a subscription, you need to cancel it through your account in the App Store. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged.

2. GENERAL TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Ekin Borteçin ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile application Block Master: No Wifi (the "Service").

By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use a copy of the Service on a mobile device that you own or control and to run such copy of the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. VIRTUAL CURRENCIES AND ITEMS

The Service may include virtual currencies (e.g., "Coins", "Gems") or virtual items (e.g., "Skins", "Power-ups").

• No Real Value: These Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for actual currency, goods, or other items of monetary value.
• License: You do not own these Virtual Items; you merely hold a limited license to use them within the Service.
• Modifications: We retain the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or any third party for exercising such rights.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Use any cheat, automation software (bot), hack, mod, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Service to you.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Turkey. You and we irrevocably consent that the courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
